Welcome to 刀の刃. This is my cel and sketch Gallery! I have been collecting anime cels since 1998. After all the work I've done with watermarking I realized that "Katana's Edge Anime Cel Gallery" doesn't really fit anymore since I have a very large collection of sketches, too! But I don't have the time to redo all the scans so I leave the watermarks and maybe one day I get the time to take that watermark off the images one by one. ^^;;;
My absolute favorite anime to collect from is Rurouni Kenshin. I am still in search for several cels from it.
I do enjoy lots of other series, and buy whatever catches my eyes.

All characters represented on this page in graphical format belong to the companies which created them. Their companies hold the copyrights to their images. All images on this website have been personally scanned by me, or I have taken pictures of them. Please do not take any images/text and anything else from my website without my permission.
All cels in this Gallery are Original PRODUCTION cels or sketches that have been used in the animation. Since newer anime are CG, you'll see in my Gallery official licensed Rilezu and Reproduction cels. A Rilezu (usually one cel made of a sequence, but sometimes can have two or three depends on movement in scene i.e. mouth, hair etc.) is a copyright cel made by either the original studio or a separate company that has the copyright license to produce the Rilezu. A Reproduction cel (same image made into a cel, can range from 3 to 50 cels of same image, rarely more depends on anime and studio) is made by the actual Studio, and of course officially released. Fanart have their own section.
